Description

As an AS9100D:2016 / ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR registered build-to-print production company, KLINGER IGI focuses on the custom fabrication of prototype and production parts to tight tolerances.  Many of the precision cut parts that KLINGER IGI produces will perform critical functions in aerospace applications like electronics heat management, radio frequency shielding, vibration and acoustic dampening, and gasketing and sealing.  These parts are often found in computers and displays, cabin and cockpit assemblies, avionics, and fuel, hydraulic, and environmental systems.

KLINGER IGI machines or cuts these parts from a wide range of raw materials using laser cutting, water jetting, high-speed die cutting, flash cutting, knife cutting and routing processes.  Plus, KLINGER IGI processes custom sealing materials, tapes, foils, and a wide range of adhesive-bonding products to create the details that allow for build-up of assemblies.

KLINGER IGI’s production facility and Corporate office are in Wilsonville, Oregon, just a few miles south of Portland.  We serve customers in highly regulated industries nationwide, with a concentration of aerospace, medical and scientific equipment, and energy customers in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions.  We also have an international presence, exporting parts for electronics, semiconductor, and automotive manufacturing to Asia and Oceania.

Besides the manufacturing team in Wilsonville, KLINGER IGI team members are positioned in Portland, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Boise, and Mobile to support regional sales and technical solution consultation.
