Altek, Inc. is a premier global contract manufacturer specializing in the aerospace, medical, space, technology, and defense sectors. Our core competencies include injection molding, injection mold tooling and state-of-the-art machining. Our 150,000 sf facility is located in Liberty Lake, WA, where we offer a complete service center with painting, printing, bonding, hardware installation, electro-mechanical assembly and final assembly, and testing. We are honored to have some of the best machinists in the industry running our complex machinery, ranging from standalone 3 axis vertical mills to 5 axis high speed horizontal mills with linear pallet shuttle systems, and 2 axis lathes to 9 axis mill/turns allowing us to accommodate a full range of our customers’ needs. Our molding technology includes injection molding press sizes ranging from 40 ton to 1,760 ton.

Altek Aerospace manufactures and assembles a significant number of commercial aircraft interiors such as PSU panels, filler panels, window shade assemblies, storage bin hardware, seating sub-assemblies, and modular lavatory interiors. We also manufacture a variety of power supply housings, proximity switch housings and hardware, smart stem housings for wheel assemblies, and subcomponents for automatic braking systems (ABS). We are AS9100 certified and ITAR registered and Boeing Research & Technology BAC5321D Class 1 & 2 Qualified.

Altek Medical offers top-of-the-line custom injected molded manufacturing for medical devices and components for inclusion in a wide array of medical equipment such as ultrasound machines, EKG machines, and cardiac defibrillators. Our exacting team is skilled in taking projects through the entire process, from collaborating on your design to manufacturing, paint, imprinting unique identifier numbers (UID), testing, assembly, and packaging. Altek conforms to the strictest standards for US and international compliance. We are ISO9001 and ISO13485 certified and meet or exceed the standards set for quality and regulatory requirements.

Altek Space provides custom manufacturing of essential parts and components for rockets and satellites, including SmallSats. Our dedicated team provides design assistance and manufacturing for proprietary and confidential projects. In addition to custom injection molding, in mold electronics, heat treating, coating, painting, and testing, we provide assembly and kitting for a wide range of structural and mechanical products.
